- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration with a concentration in accounting, finance or related field or four years of additional relevant experience may be considered
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in financial or data analysis within a healthcare setting of which two (2) years include performing database administration or decision support system duties
- Experience and familiarity with common productivity tools

Position Summary
The Senior Decision Support System Analyst is responsible for organizing and presenting various system level activities and reporting to ensure quality data is available to support critical activities throughout the health system. The Analyst works with the Finance Division team, operational analysts and leaders throughout the health system to produce complex and timely reports/data; performs data analysis, audits and reconciliations; provides staff training; creates and maintains documentation; maintains tables; ensures the efficient use of resources and interprets system requirements to meet organizational needs.
