16 Month Secondment/Fixed Term Contract
Hybrid working – Worthing office
Experience of an administrative role in a process driven environment
Experience of working in a debt recovery/complaints/legal environment
Law degree/post graduate legal studies desirable but not essential
Excellent analytical skills
High levels of computer literacy including a good working knowledge of MS Office applications i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Ability to manage own time and varying workloads, able to assist team members with prioritising workload
Have you studied law, or have a post graduate legal studies qualification? Do you have experience doing administration? Are you analytical? If you’ve answered yes, then you could be the right person to join the Legal team at Mortimer Clarke Solicitors, from our Worthing office.

The Defence Executive will be there to support the business’ team of lawyers dealing primarily with defended cases, preparing legal documentation, dealing with specific customer and third-party queries, understanding country court documentation and carrying out ad hoc legal projects.
