What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and report on market events with a quantitative lens
- Produce research on developing market narratives and themes
- Own key performance indicators including media engagement, community growth, and email subscriptions
- Manage the DeFi analyst partner program to curate and incentivize independent researchers
- Create quantitative visualizations to effectively communicate data-driven insights

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in DeFi research, content creation, and/or data analysis
- Proficiency in data/analytics tools such as Hex, Dune, and crypto market data APIs
- Strong knowledge of tokenomics, smart contracts, and ability to write complex SQL/Python queries
- Familiarity with EVM and non-EVM chains and infrastructure
- Proven track record of writing, data analysis, and market commentary
