What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for DEI meetings, events, and speaker series
- Assist in developing presentations, workshops, and training modules
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize DEI-related data for decision-making
- Partner with DEI leaders, ERGs, and HR teams to execute DEI programs
- Collaborate with the communications team to develop content for the annual DEI report

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 years' experience working in a DEI position implementing DEI strategy and practices
- Proven administrative proficiency and organizational skills
- Demonstrated cultural competency across multiple communities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
- High emotional intelligence and excellent active listening skills
