- Produce correspondence, reports, meeting notes, lists and other business communications in a timely, accurate and confidential manner
- Support the sales team by assisting with incentive reporting
- Assist with AP/AR invoice processing, employee expense report review and submission
- Timekeeping review and temp labor hours reporting
- Conduct data compilation, analysis and depiction
- Maintain administration files and filing system, ensuring that all documents are filed in a neat, orderly and accurate manner and archiving of out-of-date files
- Receive and distribute mail to appropriate team members
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times
- Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external customers
- High attention to detail
- Lift/carry up to 20lbs, repetitively
- Bend/stoop/crouch/squat/use arms/wrists/hands/grasp
- Climb stairs
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- One (1) year of administrative/receptionist experience
- Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
