  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead the implementation of cost savings projects that directly impact customer P&L
  - Re-engineer operations to build continuous improvement strategies and implement identified cost savings
  - Analyze Laboratory Information System (LIS) data to confirm client project metrics and validate cost savings
  - Facilitate course corrections to ensure project milestones are met for customer sign-off
  - Identify gaps in project deliverables and develop innovative methods to close those gaps
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of experience, including Lab Operations leadership or relevant consulting experience
  - Proven ability to manage and strategize cost savings projects for large, complex customers
  - Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business metrics from a managerial perspective
  - Effective structured problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  - Required travel of 75%, mostly overnight (domestic)
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Previous experience in Clinical Lab Operations leadership within a large healthcare system
  - Knowledge of Commercial Operations, Finance, and financial modeling
  - Experience in Supply Chain Management or lean supply chains
  - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
