  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead the implementation of cost savings projects that directly impact customer P&L
  - Optimize customer operations by developing and executing continuous improvement strategies
  - Analyze laboratory information systems (LIS) data to validate project implementation and cost savings
  - Facilitate project milestones and course corrections to ensure timely customer sign-off
  - Mentor team members in delivering high-quality project outcomes
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of experience, Master’s degree with 7+ years, or Doctoral degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
  - Proven track record in achieving customer sign-off on cost savings linked to P&L
  - Experience in lab operations, process improvement, or project management
  - Strong analytical skills and ability to assess business metrics from a strategic perspective
  - Willingness to travel 75%, primarily for overnight trips
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Previous experience in clinical lab operations or leadership within a healthcare system
  - Background in commercial operations, finance, or supply chain management
  - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
