What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Optimize customer organizational performance by leading cost savings projects linked to P&L
- Re-engineer operations to implement continuous improvement strategies and achieve hard cost savings
- Analyze data to confirm project implementation and validate cost savings results
- Identify project milestone gaps and develop innovative methods to ensure timely results
- Collect and present data points to meet cost savings goals and secure customer sign-off
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of experience, Master’s degree with 7+ years, or Doctoral degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in lab operations, process improvement, or project management
- Proven ability to manage cost savings projects for large complex customers
- Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel 75% of the time, mostly overnight
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in clinical lab operations and leadership within healthcare systems
- Knowledge of commercial operations, finance, and financial modeling
- Experience in supply chain management and developing lean supply chains
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
