  Overview:

  Xerox Corporation, is an information services technology company that has continually redefined the workplace experience for more than 100 years is currently seeking a Delivery Driver / Installation Specialist to support greater South Texas. As a Delivery Driver / Installation Specialist you will be responsible for loading, securing, delivering and basic set-up of equipment, while providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time (Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM with occasional overtime) opportunity delivering equipment.

  What You’ll Do:

  • Operate an automatic box truck in a safe and timely manner, including daily inspection of the
  • vehicle
  • Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
  • Load, deliver, install and collect equipment at various customer locations
  • Test equipment for performance and copy quality
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Provide basic customer training on copiers, printers and other office technology equipment
  • Perform general technical duties such as connecting equipment to networks
  • Assist in other areas of the warehouse when needed

  
  

  What You Need to Succeed:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • One (1) or more years of experience driving a 16’ – 26’ box delivery truck preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 – 75 lbs.
  • Displays a willingness to be trained on digital office equipment
  • Prior hands-on experience with troubleshooting, mechanical and electrical equipment repairs
  • Ability to use hand tools
  • Experience using smartphones, laptops, and tablets with exposure to Microsoft Office (Word,
  • Excel, and Outlook)
  • Previous experience with software and hardware updates preferred
  • Familiarity with networking and internet connectivity preferred
  • Experience with copiers and printers preferred
  • Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
