Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)
Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
Supports resource planning for delivery and execution
Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
7+ years of Project Management experience working in a Hosting, Cloud Services environment, Banking, Financial Services.
Strong familiarity in related technologies, inclusive of Hosting and Cloud topologies and Data center infrastructure technologies.
Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Project or similar Project Management software.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects at various stages of the project life cycle.
Problem Solving & Communications Skills, including significant experience facilitating communication among technologists, technology managers, and non-technology managers.
Subject Matter Expertise and background in Scrum and Agile methodologies inclusive of: Kanban, Scrum, Agile Certification (CSM, SAFE or equivalent), or PMI Certification
Knowledgeable with some high-level awareness or engineering background in: Hosting and Cloud infrastructure as well as migrations.
Experience working in a large enterprise environment that has a lot of process and control in place.

Job Description:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.This position will be accountable for tracking and delivering the multiple infrastructure projects end to end, inclusive of hardware ordering and tracking, coordination of installation (inclusive of CRQ’s), task and issue management, and status reporting.
