      TCS is hiring for "Delivery Lead-Warranty and Claims Management". Details below-

      Role-Delivery Lead-Warranty and Claims Management

      Location- Pune

      Experience- 12 to 18 Years

      Mode- Work from Office only

      Experience Required-10+ years of experience in warranty process operations/related process in automobile industry

      Role-

      1. Will be responsible for leading the back-office team for Warranty Claims processing, AMC Claims Processing, AMC Booking and other activities related to AMC.
      2. Setting timelines for deliverables. Meet performance standards as per agreed KPI for the team.
      3. Ensuring Regular Governance in place (Internal & External Governance Meeting with teams and Business)
      4. Defining and managing priorities against the available capacity of team members.
      5. Facilitating and leading daily team meetings.
      6. MIS, Presentations & Conducting Review Meetings
      7. Identify new strategy that will support the business needs
      8. Transforming the process as per business requirements through various routes like IT Automation or through RPA (Digital format).
      9. Plan & drive the related IT team towards Execute of projects within timeline
      10. Responsible for resource utilization, productivity, process performance and quality.
      11. Operate largely independently within set guidelines, but proactively seek managerial guidance by identifying crisis situations
      12. Creating a collaborative, innovative and efficient working culture.
      13. Upholding morale and team performance in challenging circumstances.
      14. Adhere to quality assurance guidelines and maintain high levels of quality while delivering services to respective agencies.
      15. Establish team as well as individual goals and deliver against the same as per defined service delivery framework and quality processes

      Primary Skills (Technical & Functional)-

      1. End to End functional knowledge of Warranty Claims Management which includes Warranty Claims processing, AMC claims and other activities related to Claims processing
      2. Knowledge of Dealer Management System/ CRM/Siebel/SAP/Other Automotive dealer management system or portal or module.
      3. Good analytical/Digital mind set and communication skill with dealer/Customers/Channel partners handling experience will be preferred
      4. Technical Knowledge related to Commercial Vehicles (Essential)
