Change the future with us We are currently looking for a Delivery Manager (Locomotive Cab Equipment) at our project office in Gurugram. Delivery Manager (Locomotive Cab Equipment) will report to Sub Project Manager The job responsibilities of the Delivery Manager (Locomotive Cab Equipment) include (but not limited to) Act as an interface between engineering team and manufacturing team with special focus on Driver desk, Master controller, Driver display, Event recorder, speedometer, lighting assemblies, wipers, horns, rear wall cabinets, windshields and other miscellaneous parts Assist in pre-engineering, engineering, manufacturing, testing and installation phases Liaise with customer during the complete project cycle from design to warranty completion Ensure cost, quality and time targets are met in sourcing of above components Ensure timely availability of above components for locomotive manufacturing Prepare monthly forecast for manufacturing and monitor progress to meet desired targets Enable cross functional teams for process & product quality improvement Address warranty issues related to above components and complaint resolution Assist project management team in customer training and take part in imparting training Maintain documentation related to above components up to date and ensure revision control Management of risks and opportunities in assigned package and lessons learnt thereof Ascertain the technical requirements of the contract (internal/external in matters of the own sub project and interfaces) Execute requirement engineering for the assigned package Identify any non-conformities in good time, identify cause of the problems and resolve in consultation with the project manager Use your skills to move the world forward Graduate in Electrical & Electronics Engineering Should have at least 3-5 years’ experience in rolling stock domain Should be proficient in English and Hindi Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in using Microsoft office suite and administrative applications Make your mark in our exciting world at Siemens This role is based in Gurgaon.
