      Delivery Senior Specialist

      Summary of the Role

      At Amadeus, we’re shaping the future of travel. As a Delivery Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing and integrating our solutions for travel agencies across the Asia Pacific region. You’ll manage complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure customers receive seamless, high-quality service. This position is well-suited for a collaborative professional who excels in dynamic, multicultural environments and is committed to delivering value through technology.

      In This Role You’ll / Your Main Responsibilities

      • Define project structures, allocate resources, and manage budgets and timelines.

      • Oversee end-to-end delivery across standard, custom, and consulting solutions.

      • Align internal delivery commitments with customer expectations and ensure timely follow-up.

      • Maintain customer dashboards and provide summaries of key risks and issues.

      • Serve as the primary contact for delivery-related escalations.

      • Manage project tracking tools, templates, and performance metrics.

      • Collaborate with commercial and pre-sales teams to assess needs and recommend solutions.

      • Plan and manage integration schedules and support technical documentation.

      • Lead virtual teams with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.

      • Promote accountability, process compliance, and effective communication across teams.

      About the Ideal Candidate

      • 8+ years of experience in project or delivery management, preferably in travel technology.

      • Strong understanding of travel industry systems and integration practices.

      • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written Chinese is an advantage).

      • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and issue-resolution skills.

      • Ability to work effectively with diverse, distributed teams.

      • Skilled in Microsoft Windows and project management tools.
