      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the coordination, research, and development of Indigenous thought leadership and policy documents
      - Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on Indigenous topics
      - Facilitate inclusive engagement with First Nations, Inuit, and Métis youth
      - Collaborate on projects with Indigenous Youth Roots and Deloitte’s Future of Canada Centre
      - Prepare and present a thought leadership piece to organizational leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must self-identify as Indigenous in Canada (First Nations, Inuit, or Métis)
      - Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in political science, public policy, Indigenous studies, business, economics, or a related field
      - Demonstrated interest in public policy, advocacy, Indigenous relations, or community-building
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to synthesize and communicate information clearly
      - Proficient in MS Office applications, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Engagement with Indigenous Youth Roots (IYR) or participation in its programs or events
      - Previous experience in research or policy analysis related to Indigenous issues
