      About the Role
      We're looking for a Demand Generation Lead to own and scale performance-driven marketing at 11x. You'll lead the charge on paid acquisition, SEO, integrated campaigns, and parts of account-based marketing (ABM)-all while becoming an expert in our core product, Alice, the world's best AI SDR.

      Your mission is simple: drive pipeline. You'll partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to turn awareness into qualified leads and revenue. If you're analytical, creative, scrappy, and obsessed with growth levers, this is your playground.

      What You'll Do
      • Own and scale paid acquisition channels (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, etc.) with a performance-first mindset
      • Build and execute full-funnel campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline
      • Lead our SEO strategy-from content collaboration to technical improvements-and grow organic traffic
      • Support and shape early ABM efforts across priority segments and verticals
      • Partner with Sales and RevOps to align on ICP, lead scoring, and attribution
      • Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance and ROI; test and iterate to improve outcomes
      • Become an expert in our AI SDR, Alice, and deeply understand our buyer journey
      • Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging and campaign assets
      What We're Looking For
      • 4-6 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing
      • Proven success owning paid media budgets and delivering measurable pipeline impact
      • Experience with SEO strategy and execution (both content and technical)
      • Data-driven and fluent in tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Looker (or equivalents)
      • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
      • Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (this is an in-person role)
      Bonus Points
      • Experience marketing to Sales and Marketing leaders or marketing AI SaaS products
      • Previous experience at a fast-growing startup
      • Hands-on experience running campaigns across multiple channels simultaneously
      • Comfort wearing multiple hats and operating autonomously
