What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the intake, onboarding, and discovery stages of M&A technology integration projects
- Develop and manage multiple integration project schedules, prioritizing tasks and mitigating risks
- Lead meetings and post-project reviews to identify opportunities for improvement
- Monitor project performance and adjust plans to keep projects on track
- Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders to navigate change
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of relevant project management experience, ideally in Mergers and Acquisitions integrations
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in infrastructure or application integration projects
- Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint, with a willingness to learn MS PowerBI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Associate degree (2-year degree) or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the insurance industry
- PMP or similar project management certification
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
- Willingness to share knowledge and collaborate with others
