      About the Role

      As a Demo Specialist/Sales Closer, you'll often be the first point of contact for potential users. You'll lead product demos, answer key questions, and show investors how our CRM can transform their business. If you love both real estate and tech, this is your sweet spot.

      Responsibilities

      What You'll Do
      • Host 1:1 and group product demos with potential customers
      • Clearly communicate the platform's features, benefits, and workflows
      • Understand investors' pain points and match them with the right solutions
      • Follow up with leads and support them during early onboarding
      • Share insights and feedback to help improve the product and customer experience
      • Stay up to date on real estate investing trends and platform updates

      Qualifications

      What We're Looking For
      • Real estate investing experience (wholesaling, flipping, rentals, etc.)
      • Bonus if you've used REsimpli (even better if you're already a fan!)
      • Confident, clear communicator who can simplify complex ideas
      • Tech-savvy and comfortable giving live software walkthroughs
      • Personable, patient, and focused on helping others win
      • Organized, self-starter, and follow-through pro
