What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead discussions with cross-functional teams to understand complex business objectives
- Apply advanced analytical techniques to solve medium to large-scale business problems
- Provide actionable recommendations based on demographic and quantitative analysis
- Utilize visualization techniques and Geospatial/GIS technologies to present findings
- Ensure data quality and compliance through thorough documentation and analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative analytics field or 4 years of related experience
- Minimum of 6 years of data & analytics experience or equivalent combination of experience
- Advanced skills in mathematical and statistical techniques for decision-making
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, SQL, SAS, and BI tools
- Experience with emerging data sets and data incorporation techniques
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, or related fields
- 6 years of experience in applied demographic or population modeling
- Experience with long-range cohort or migration modeling
- Familiarity with climate-driven population migration and building standards
- Strong communication skills for presenting analytical results to senior leaders
