      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review, analyze, and initiate actions for denial resolution by communicating with payers, hospital departments, and patients
      - Complete necessary actions for effective appeals, including authorization research and rebilling
      - Correspond with third-party payers and patients to gather required information for denial resolution
      - Utilize assigned work queues to prioritize and follow up on denial resolutions
      - Analyze and research denial reasons for assigned denial codes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma required
      - Previous Revenue Cycle knowledge in areas such as PFS, Customer Service, Cash Posting, Financial Assistance, Patient Access, HIM/Coding, or 3rd party Reimbursement
      - Ability to perform tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
      - Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
      - Exceptional communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One or more years of experience in healthcare billing functions
