      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist dental students during patient care by performing chairside four-handed dentistry
      - Independently operate radiographic equipment to take a variety of dental images
      - Conduct sterilization processes and maintain infection control protocols in the clinics
      - Manage the dispensary responsibilities, including inventory control and supply management
      - Participate in training and orientation for new staff and dental students

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completion of an accredited dental assistant training program and current certification as a dental assistant (CDA) or the ability to obtain it within six months
      - Minimum of two years of experience as a dental assistant
      - Registration with the State of Washington as a Dental Assistant
      - Strong communication and customer service skills
      - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and prioritize tasks effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional experience in a dental clinic setting
      - Familiarity with digital imaging and radiographic techniques
      - Experience with sterilization equipment and protocols
      - Knowledge of dental materials and procedures
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
