      Dental Hygiene Recruiter & Social Media Content Creator

      Location: Remote (Headquarters in Phoenix, AZ)
      Travel: Up to 20% (more during initial training period)
      Schedule: Flexible hours, including some evenings/weekends to support West Coast operations
      Reports to: Regional Directors, Leadership Teams, and Director of Dental Hygiene

      Position Overview

      The Dental Hygiene Recruiter & Social Media Content Creator is responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring outstanding dental hygienists while building brand awareness through creative and relatable digital storytelling. This position requires a blend of recruiting expertise, social media savvy, and the ability to authentically represent our "built by hygienists for hygienist" culture.

      Key Responsibilities

      Recruitment & Relationship Building
      • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for dental hygienists across multiple states.
      • Partner closely with Regional Directors and office leadership teams to understand staffing needs and culture.
      • Negotiate hourly rates and prepare compensation recommendation reports for leadership review.
      • Conduct candidate outreach through calls, texts, and emails while maintaining timely follow-ups and strong communication.
      • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

      Social Media & Content Creation
      • Develop and execute creative recruiting campaigns and social media content to increase applicant flow.
      • Create relatable and professional short-form videos, graphics, and posts highlighting SDP's hygiene culture, benefits, and team stories.
      • Partner with marketing to align recruitment content with company branding.
      • Track engagement metrics and adjust strategy for maximum visibility and conversion.

      Collaboration & Strategy
      • Work with leadership to identify trends in candidate engagement and recommend solutions.
      • Contribute to the continuous development of our "Hygiene by Hygienists" culture through authentic messaging and storytelling.
      • Support in-person and virtual recruiting events, university outreach, and community networking.

      Qualifications
      • 2+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare or dental preferred). RDH degree is a super bonus!
      • Strong social media management and content creation skills (Reels, TikTok, Canva, etc.).
      • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
      • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.
      • Comfortable working non-traditional hours to align with West Coast operations.
      • Creativity, adaptability, and a team-first mindset.
