      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner closely with managers to assess needs and develop a recruiting plan
      - Open requisitions and post job openings for Hygienists
      - Source licensed Hygienists using various recruiting tools, methods, and social media channels
      - Screen, qualify, and make recommendations for candidate interviews
      - Manage the candidate selection, negotiation, closing, and onboarding processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a strategic, fast-paced setting
      - Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
      - Technical proficiency with recruiting systems and Microsoft Excel
      - Ability to travel occasionally for team meetings and academic/networking events

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare recruitment
      - Residing in Central or Eastern Standard Time zones
