      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Verify dental insurance and benefits with proficiency
      - Submit and track prior authorizations accurately and efficiently
      - Process clean claims daily using Open Dental and Practice Insight
      - Manage denials, follow up on unpaid claims, and post EOBs
      - Monitor accounts receivable reports to ensure revenue flow

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of experience in dental or medical billing
      - Proficiency in Open Dental and EDI clearinghouse
      - Strong skills in Excel and attention to detail
      - Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
      - Passion for patient care and financial accuracy
