What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Operate as a Strategic Talent Advisor, driving all aspects of the full-cycle recruitment process
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand position requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Ensure a high level of candidate engagement and a positive candidate experience
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and cultivate a robust network of passive talent
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Dental Recruiting or Talent Acquisition, preferably within a DSO (Dental Support Organization)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills

- Experience with recruitment technologies and tools to improve candidate quality and productivity
- Demonstrated ability to influence and improve recruiting processes and metrics
