What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Understand and communicate the process of dental practice transactions and acquisition financing
- Provide consultation to practitioners for future sale of their practice
- Sell company services to practice owners and deliver a superior client experience throughout the evaluation and transition process
- Manage stresses and uncertainties from initial conversations to post-closing contacts
- Achieve annual goals for valuation, brokerage, and other services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active New York real estate license
- Knowledge of dental industry and practice financing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior sales and/or dental experience
