      Job Description

      The Department Lead will be responsible for overseeing and supervising the extrusion and packing departments. This role requires experience in supervision within a manufacturing environment and includes providing training to production associates, enforcing safety protocols, and coordinating daily production activities.

      Responsibilities

      • Ensure production goals are met.

      Essential Skills

      • 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
      • Lead experience in a manufacturing environment.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Supervision experience.
      • Knowledge in production management, process improvement, and industrial operations.

      Work Environment

      This role offers 1 opening on days in extrusion (7am-7pm) and 2 openings in extrusion on nights (7pm-7am), as well as 1 opening in packing on nights (7pm-7am). The schedule includes Sunday as a fixed day off, with another rotating day off each week (e.g., if Monday is off the first week, then Tuesday will be off the second week, and so on).

      This is a Contract position based out of Cassopolis, Michigan.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
