What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct evaluation, research, and analysis to support division-wide projects
- Coordinate security access rights and ensure compliance with internal controls and information security protocols
- Lead project planning and tracking of milestones while managing risks
- Develop and maintain project documentation and support customer communications
- Recommend improvements to processes and workflows to align with strategic priorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
- Minimum of one year of professional experience for Departmental Analyst 10 level
- Minimum of two years of professional experience for Departmental Analyst P11 level, including one year equivalent to the intermediate level in state service
- Minimum of three years of professional experience for Departmental Analyst 12 level, including one year equivalent to the experienced level in state service
- Ability to provide military documentation such as DD214 for those substituting military experience for educational requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing projects at the division and department-wide level
- Familiarity with supporting security functions
- Background in designing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience serving as an IT liaison, facilities liaison, or records management liaison
