What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the implementation of the electronic Case Management System (System 7) for the Business Enterprise Program (BEP)
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders, including Libera and DTMB, to perform system testing and acceptance
- Train BSBP staff on the new system and assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Manage technology-related tasks, including inventory tracking and resolving system issues
- Stay updated on adaptive technology and provide recommendations for staff and consumer applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
- At least one year of professional experience for Departmental Analyst 10 level
- At least two years of professional experience, including one year at the intermediate level for Departmental Analyst P11
- Must be able to provide official college/university transcripts if applicable
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background checks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with electronic case management software
- Familiarity with the design and development of databases for managing large datasets
- Knowledge of maintaining an inventory of assets and developing complex reports
- Prior experience with SOM and DTMB IT security systems
- Military experience at or above the E-6 level may substitute for educational requirements
