      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct compliance conferences and recommend disciplinary sanctions for licensed marijuana businesses
      - Analyze legislation and legal matters related to various marijuana acts and regulations
      - Actively manage a caseload of administrative cases ensuring timely processing
      - Consider mitigation in cases involving violations of marijuana laws or administrative rules
      - Collaborate with team members to adapt to policy and priority changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
      - For Departmental Analyst 10: One year of professional experience
      - For Departmental Analyst P11: Two years of professional experience, including one year at the intermediate (10) level in state service
      - Ability to adapt to policy and priority changes in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience as a practicing attorney
      - Familiarity with cannabis regulations and compliance issues
      - Experience in a government or regulatory agency setting
      - Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
      - Knowledge of administrative law and procedures
