      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review investigative findings and draft administrative documents related to licensed health professionals
      - Conduct compliance conferences and recommend disciplinary actions as per the Michigan Public Health Code
      - Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to state regulations
      - Participate in the enforcement of laws and regulations affecting public health and occupational professions
      - Prepare documentation and reports as necessary for compliance and regulatory purposes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
      - For Departmental Analyst 10, one year of professional experience is required
      - For Departmental Analyst P11, two years of professional experience, including one year at the intermediate level in state service
      - High school completion with a specific level of experience may substitute for education in certain classifications
      - Ability to provide a cover letter, resume, official college transcripts, and a writing sample upon application

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in regulatory affairs or compliance within the public health sector
      - Familiarity with the Michigan Public Health Code and Occupational Code
      - Previous involvement in drafting administrative or legal documents
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Experience in a government or public service role
