What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide document management support through ProjectWise for various external users
- Develop and conduct training for ProjectWise e-Construction materials
- Perform quality assurance through analysis and reporting of the document management system
- Assist section staff with creating documentation and training materials
- Represent the unit on the Michigan Department of Transportation Statewide Office Tech Subcommittee team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
- Experience requirements vary by level:
- 0 years for Departmental Analyst 9
- 1 year for Departmental Analyst 10
- 2 years for Departmental Analyst P11
- 3 years for Departmental Analyst 12
- Must be able to provide official college transcripts if applicable
- Capability to pass pre-employment drug test and background checks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using ProjectWise or other document management systems
- Familiarity with transportation construction contract bidding processes
- Background in transportation-related construction or contracting processes within the State of Michigan
- Participation in MDOT Workforce Programs or similar initiatives
