      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and support electronic solutions for external users through the document management system
      - Perform quality assurance tasks for the department's document management system
      - Conduct performance reports and analyses for the unit
      - Assist in creating documentation, training materials, and presentations for engineering and surveying practices
      - Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and federal partners to ensure efficient project delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
      - Minimum of one year of professional experience for the Departmental Analyst 10 level
      - Two years of professional experience, including one year at the intermediate level for the Departmental Analyst P11
      - Three years of professional experience, including one year at the experienced level for the Departmental Analyst 12
      - Ability to provide official college transcripts and/or foreign degree evaluations if applicable

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using ProjectWise or other document management systems
      - Background in transportation construction contract bidding processes within the State of Michigan
      - Experience in transportation construction inspection or managing construction documentation
      - Previous participation in MDOT workforce programs or internships
      - Proven ability to solve problems and conduct independent research
