      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform analyses of data related to the Office of Commission Audits (OCA) and Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT)
      - Assist in assessing risks and improving internal control processes for MDOT
      - Provide analytical support for OCA's budget and financial status
      - Act as a liaison for OCA, supporting priority assignments, reporting, and activities
      - Collaborate with various entities to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of their efforts with MDOT

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
      - Minimum one year of professional experience for Departmental Analyst 10 level
      - Minimum two years of professional experience for Departmental Analyst P11 level, including one year at the intermediate level in state service
      - Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information
      - Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with budget analysis and financial reporting
      - Familiarity with government auditing standards and practices
      - Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis software
      - Previous experience in a government or public sector role
