What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the strategy, development, and performance of digital lottery products on the iLottery platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance player engagement and increase online revenue
- Plan and execute interactive games and features aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Monitor product performance and set key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct market research to inform product strategy and decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in any area
- Four years of professional experience equivalent to a Promotional Agent, including two years as a Promotional Agent P11 or one year as a Promotional Agent 12
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in lottery product management
- Familiarity with developing product roadmaps and game launch schedules
- Knowledge of market research techniques to inform product strategies
- Experience in setting and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Previous roles in a government or public service environment
