      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze federal infrastructure awards and determine allowable use of funds and reporting requirements
      - Draft workforce development strategies for infrastructure concept papers and grant applications
      - Collaborate with employers, industry associations, educational institutions, and community organizations to support infrastructure projects
      - Oversee infrastructure data requests and develop reports and dashboards for stakeholders
      - Support talent solutions by identifying key occupations, skills, and credential requirements for infrastructure projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in any major
      - Minimum of four years of professional experience, including two years at the experienced (P11) level or one year at the advanced (12) level
      - Ability to analyze complex data and prepare comprehensive reports
      - Strong communication and collaboration skills
      - Must be a Michigan resident or willing to relocate to Michigan

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), and CHIPs funding
      - Prior experience in grant administration and writing
      - Knowledge of Michigan's infrastructure priorities and initiatives
      - Familiarity with workforce development strategies and programs
      - Skills in data analysis and reporting tools
