What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process domestic and international wire transfers while ensuring compliance with banking regulations
- Support peer teammates to ensure uninterrupted completion of daily operational tasks
- Conduct research and investigations related to wire transactions and exception reviews
- Validate wire instructions and perform necessary call backs when required
- Proactively identify and modify procedures to enhance service levels and operational efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in the financial services industry
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of branch operation activities, terminology, and products related to retail and commercial accounts
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Jack Henry products
- Familiarity with SWIFT field tags and Fed types
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Experience in a fast-paced banking environment with minimal supervision
