      WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE

      Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Deputy Chief Financial Officer (Deputy CFO) is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Finance group: Corp. FP&A, BU Finance, Supply Chain Finance, M&A support, Strategic Planning, Innovation Finance, Sales Finance, Budget, and Relationship Management with banks and lenders. This role also interacts weekly, and many times daily, with our Private Equity sponsor partners, as well as various members of the Executive team of Bolthouse. This is the perfect role one step before becoming CFO – in fact the last Deputy CFO recently left to take a CFO role.

      • Provides leadership, management and vision to the department listed above.
      • The Deputy CFO and their teams identify trends in financial performance, provide recommendations for improvement, and ensure operators across the company are managing to their targets.
      • Proactively focuses on using financial analysis, business acumen, and operator partnership to continuously improve the company’s performance.
      • Proactively leads our efforts to measure KPIs across the entire P&L of the company and leverages those metrics to drive performance throughout the business.
      • Drives Board financial communications, attends Board meetings, and communicates with the private equity ownership as appropriate.
      • Manages cash forecasting, operating levers, and financing options, to keep the company in an appropriate liquidity position relative to its working capital needs.
      • Ensures that the finance team members are satisfied, motivated, productive, feel appreciated and supported, enjoy the culture of the team and the company, and understand and feel good about their career opportunities at Bolthouse.
      • Other duties may be assigned.

      WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a similarly appropriate area.
      • Fifteen years of experience in Finance.

      • Excellent people skills, with experience collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team.
      • Demonstrated ability to work as a business partner to an executive leadership team.
      • Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities, proposing new ways of creating efficiencies, and guiding investment in people and systems.
      • Willingness to collaborate with a broad range of functional leaders.
      • Flexible self-starter, able to multi-task.
      • Dependable team player with strong ethics.
      • Ability to switch between day-to-day issues and the strategic “big picture.”
      • Strong work ethic and a desire to be a part of a company with a big strategic vision.
      • Experience in CPG industry. Food is preferrable.
      • Experience with mergers and acquisitions.
