What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in developing budgetary estimates, Basis of Estimates (BOEs), and Statements of Work (SOW) for projects
- Support the planning and implementation of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and execution plans
- Liaise with functional leads and subcontractors to integrate project execution status
- Monitor adherence to processes and prepare progress reports on project efforts
- Perform functions of a Control Account Manager (CAM) for Earned Value Management (EVM)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience working in a Global Sustainment Center of Excellence (COE) or Program Integration team
- Knowledge of ILS/Sustainment domains such as product development and requirements analysis
- Experience in managing projects regarding cost, schedule, and performance
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing, reviewing, or evaluating cost proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Previous participation in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) or cross-functional team
- Customer interface experience
- Certified Cost Account Manager (CAM) or equivalent experience in Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Strong project coordination and time management skills
