      As a Deputy Program Manager (DPM), you will serve as a Director-level member of a PMO and will work across a highly matrixed team of professionals to achieve program office objectives. The DPM will work closely with the Program Manager (PM), government stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of mission-critical projects.

      This position is responsible to the Consulting Services PMO for interfacing across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs), to include Cloud Operations, Cloud Solution Architecture, Cloud Solution Development, SaaS Operations, SaaS Solution Architecture, SaaS Development, and other related functions to a PMO. This role will provide Integrated Product Team (IPT) leadership, as well as provide recommendations to the PMO on risk management and program-level execution strategy.

      Accountable for operational/financial metrics and overall program results. Responsible for setting and driving strategic direction, ensuring profitable growth of the program, quality of consulting delivery for all program deliveries, and maintaining customer reference ability. Actively develops new approaches and opportunities for expanding customer base. Creates and implements operational processes to drive consistency and support achievement of PMO business strategy. Responsible for cultivating Oracle cross-functional communications through the creation and maintenance of strategic relationships with other lines of business. Interacts with executive levels both internal and external regarding matters that influence policies and strategies. Assesses and manages business risk in pursuit of overall business goals. Manages and leads through management team and/or senior level individual contributors. Resolves staffing issues for very complex engagements. Identifies, leads, or oversees the development of customer-facing business solutions and offerings that have an impact on the market. Understand contractual obligations and assist bringing to closure any issues that arise relating to scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources and risks.

      The ideal candidate should have a firm understanding of Cloud environments, SaaS, HR, Operations, Technology transformations and should have a working knowledge of risk management activities, system acquisition, and the information technology lifecycle for SaaS cloud-based systems (or demonstrate like in kind experience with major technology transitions).

      US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

      Responsibilities

      SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Lead and work across a diverse/matrixed team to gather information necessary to meet PMO objectives
      • Identify and analyze system risks across multiple lines of business
      • Identify and analyze program risk, issues, and opportunity management plans, which include stakeholder equities across multiple lines of business
      • Analyze interfacing programs and projects, and provide recommendations on ways to better integrate current and future capabilities more seamlessly
      • Supporting the development of program-specific products (briefings, documents) in support of PMO decision making
      • Build out repeatable PMO business processes for us across GDI organization
      • Collaborate across a diverse industry and US Government teams
      • Manage programs at the PMO level ensuring on time delivery of CDRLs and other program deliverables
      • Lead teams in collaboration/communication internally and externally

      The ideal candidate would possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

      • Knowledge of systems engineering as applied to defense and intelligence architectures, to include Cloud computing, SaaS and HR
      • Significant expertise supporting Intelligence programs and Cloud domains
      • 3+ years of experience supporting SaaS in a Cloud environment
      • Demonstrated understanding of program management and execution
      • Demonstrated capability and success working in team environments
      • Strong oral and written communications to support interaction with government, SETA, FFRDC, external stakeholders, and development contractors at all levels on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between all organizations within a high-tempo environment
      • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications

      Required Credentials and Experience: (put the specific requirements to meet LCAT/program requirements)

      • Bachelor’s Degree in in engineering, computer science, or related discipline and 14+ years of relevant experience

      Desired Certifications:

      • PMP
      • ITIL
      • Agile
