The W-TRS Deputy PM is responsible for managing all Task Orders under the W-TRS program.
Responsible for hiring all employees on the contract, interacting with Government customers, submitting all required reports.
Requires experience working Training Aids Devices Simulators and Simulations (TADSS) as an instructor or maintainer for both Ground and Aviation devices. Have experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) along with working with Unions.
Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent years of military experience
Required Experience: 10 years of related experience managing Army TADSS support programs
Security Clearance:: Secret required to start
Required Skills and Abilities: experience working Training Aids Devices Simulators and Simulations (TADSS) as an instructor or maintainer for both Ground and Aviation devices. Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) along with working with Unions.
Location: Orlando, FL preferred or remote (will be required to travel to Orlando office)

The likely salary range for this position is $127,500 - $172,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
