      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - 8+ years of consulting experience
      - Scrum Master certification with hands-on Agile team leadership
      - Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
      - Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree or PMP certification
      - Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs
      - Familiarity with Azure DevOps
      - Experience leading teams delivering digital or technical solutions
