      Job Description

      We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Job Coach to join our team in Doonside, Australia. As a Job Coach, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting individuals to achieve their employment goals, helping them overcome challenges and secure sustainable careers.

      This is an on-site position.

      • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to clients, helping them identify their strengths, skills, and career aspirations
      • Develop and implement personalized job search strategies and action plans for clients
      • Assist clients in creating effective resumes, cover letters, and online professional profiles
      • Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback to improve clients' interview skills
      • Build and maintain relationships with local employers to source job opportunities
      • Organize and facilitate job readiness workshops and training sessions
      • Monitor client progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and outcomes
      • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure comprehensive support for clients
      • Stay informed about local job market trends and employment opportunities

      Qualifications

      • Minimum of one year's experience in a customer service or client-facing role
      • Demonstrated experience working with individuals overcoming challenges
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
      • Excellent organizational and time management skills
      • Proficiency in using job search tools, databases, and Microsoft Office suite
      • Knowledge of current job search strategies and employment market trends
      • Ability to work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and achieve placement outcomes
      • Confident in liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders
      • Empathetic and supportive approach to client coaching
      • Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their goals
      • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address diverse client needs
      • Current driver's license and willingness to travel within the local area as needed
