      Mission and Responsibilities:

      • Design, develop, and implement IVR solutions using Genesys Cloud Architect technology.
      • Create and maintain bots and chatbots to enhance efficiency and user experience.
      • Work closely with project teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
      • Actively participate in various phases of the software development cycle including design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
      • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field of IVR and bots.

      Requirements:

      • Strong knowledge of IVR and IVR development using Genesys Cloud Architect.
      • Experience in developing bots and chatbots.
      • Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
      • Good level of English, both written and spoken.
      • Strong problem-solving ability and effective communication skills.
      • Experience developing with VXML is a plus.
      • Experience in developing applications on AWS is a plus.
      • Experience in developing bots and chatbots with Google Dialogflow and Amazon Lex technology is a plus.
