What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet with clients in their homes to discuss and design custom home organization solutions
- Create and price designs for various spaces including closets, home offices, and garages
- Utilize provided marketing materials and sample products to showcase offerings
- Collaborate with the sales manager and co-owners for mentorship and guidance
- Manage your own schedule and client appointments to achieve sales targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent communication skills and consumer sales experience
- Detail-oriented with a focus on design and space planning
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Must reside within the designated territory for client appointments
- Willingness to commute to the home office 1-4 times per month

- Passion for home organization and design
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Strong networking abilities with trade associations and charitable groups
- Experience in developing client relationships and soliciting referrals
