What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with customers and sales consultants to design and furnish beautiful home spaces
- Conduct in-home, in-store, and virtual consultations to assess customer needs and preferences
- Create floor plans and realistic 3D renderings of furniture designs for customer presentations
- Assist sales consultants in closing transactions by leveraging design expertise
- Maintain knowledge of furniture styles, products, and company sales processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field; or 2 to 4 years of related experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation for home visits
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with Room Planner software is beneficial
- Ability to meet customer schedules during home visits
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ASID certification
- Prior experience in furniture sales or interior design
- Proficiency in image editing software
- Previous experience conducting customer consultations
- Strong understanding of furniture industry trends
