  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Collaborate with customers and sales consultants to create beautiful room designs and recommend furniture and accessories
  - Offer in-home, in-store, and virtual consultations to assess customer needs and preferences
  - Create floor plans and photo-realistic 3D renderings of furniture in customer homes
  - Assist Sales Consultants in closing transactions by providing design expertise
  - Maintain knowledge of a broad range of furniture styles and products to effectively serve customers
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field, or 2 to 4 years of related experience
  - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation for customer appointments
  - Experience with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Room Planner software
  - Ability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends
  - Strong customer service skills and a passion for interior design
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - ASID certification
  - Prior experience in the furniture business or interior design
  - Proficiency in full-shot image software
  - Experience with design software for creating floor plans
  - Strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement
