      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain lasting relationships with residential and professional customers
      - Hire, train, and develop a motivated design team, including performance evaluations
      - Greet and assist store customers with design services and appointment scheduling
      - Provide design advice and sell complete solutions for tile, wood, stone, and accessories
      - Manage multiple customer projects with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Design education (BA or AA in Interior Design) or 6 years of interior design experience in lieu of education
      - 3-5 years of leadership or management experience
      - Knowledge of hard surface flooring preferred
      - Proficient in basic mathematical skills and basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office
      - Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a senior designer position or higher within the organization
      - Active participation in local professional affiliations like ASID or NKBA
      - Familiarity with design applications such as Salesforce and proprietary design scheduling tools
