      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with project teams to implement firmwide digital design standards, workflows, and templates
      - Provide technical support for software including Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/ACC
      - Develop and deliver educational programs focused on digital design tools and workflows
      - Manage Revit skill assessments and coordinate supplemental training for staff
      - Collaborate with various teams to align education initiatives with technology strategy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
      - Minimum 5 years of professional experience utilizing Revit for architectural or interior design projects
      - Proven experience in software implementation and digital workflow support
      - Familiarity with design technology ecosystems, including AutoCAD and Bluebeam
      - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in creating and delivering training content or instructional materials
      - Prior experience with user enablement or mentoring in a professional setting
      - Knowledge of add-ins and management tools such as Ideate Tools and UNIFI
