What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the WSB Technology Team to advance design technology initiatives
- Develop and maintain enterprise integrations and automations with engineering systems
- Explore new technologies and identify technical requirements across multiple engineering teams
- Document standards, policies, and work processes for staff training and implementation
- Create innovative solutions that enhance existing technology platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in ProjectWise, including administration, user management, and workflows
- Experience with OpenRoads/OpenBridge Workspaces and related software
- Strong understanding of programming concepts and scripting/automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, VBA)
- Highly self-reliant and able to lead tasks independently
- Knowledge of document control methods for engineering project risk management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Bentley infrastructure cloud and iModel synchronization
- Experience in developing and troubleshooting managed workspaces in ProjectWise
- Understanding of civil transportation elements and model management in OpenRoads Designer/OpenBridge Modeler
- Previous experience in a design and consulting environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative mindset
