      About the Role

      The Designer, brand creative will support the Associate Creative Director and the broader Banana Republic creative team in visualizing our identity across digital and print deliverables inclusive of integrated campaigns, branding, packaging, and activations. The ideal candidate is a passionate creator, highly skilled in design execution, that thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

      What You'll Do

      • Support ACDs and senior designers in developing brand assets inclusive of site,
        email, media packaging, event collateral, and print

      • Translate brand guidelines into carefully crafted creative solutions

      • Support the development of toolkits, guidelines, and presentation materials

      • Navigate multiple projects from print to digital with different timelines

      • Collaborate, troubleshoot and partner with cross-functional teams including copy, project management and production

      • Present work and rationale in team reviews

      Who You Are

      • 1–2 years of design experience in-house at a brand or at a creative agency

      • A strong portfolio showcasing skill in typography, layout and design production

      • Discerning eye for photo editing, cropping and compositing

      • Passion for graphic design, brand systems, retail, and trend

      • Current knowledge of creative best practices for relevant print and digital formats

      • Expert in the Adobe Suite, G-Suite, Figma. Experience in illustration, video editing,
        animation, AI is a plus

      • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
